Payment can be made via PAYPAL. There are two options when making a payment via paypal. You can either make payment using an existing paypal account or make payment without a paypal account.

We offer an exchange on all our items. You can exchange your order within 3 days of you receiving your item/s. Please contact us via email info@gorgeouschristeninggowns.com.au to arrange the exchange.

If unsure of how to choose the correct size, please contact us prior to ordering & we will guide you on how to measure your child, or if you prefer, you can send us your child's measurements and we can use these to obtain the best gown/outfit size match for your child.

At this stage we don’t have a store front to view our range of items. However, we do our best to provide a detailed description of all our products listed on our website. If you are not sure of an item & would like to discuss it further we would be more than happy to guide. Please contact us via e-mail or phone. We also offer a 3 day exchange policy so if you're not happy with any item you receive then simply follow our easy "How To Return An Item" instructions on our  Customer Information page and you can exchange for another size or different item.

For orders $150 and under, we have a flat rate delivery of $10.95, Australia wide.

For orders over $150, we offer free standard delivery.

This can be upgraded to Express Delivery *Please select the Express Post Delivery option in the shopping cart which is $14.95

Yes, we can arrange to deliver worldwide. Please e-mail your order requirements and we will confirm the delivery amount & also provide you with the payment details.

If your item is in stock, delivery can be as fast as 2 days from the time you place your order. If your item needs to be ordered in, delivery may take up to 10 working days to be received. Country locations make take longer.

Should your item be out of stock, we will contact you and let you know the estimated arrival date, and, if you decide to not proceed with ordering, you have the option of canceling your order. We will happily reverse any charges made to your account.

Delivery timeframes for Holy Communion Wear can take 2-3 weeks.
