DELIVERY COST

We ship our Christening Gowns, Christening Dresses & Christening Accessories with Australia post, using Parcel Post or Express Post Parcel Post, which ensures your parcel can be tracked.

REGULAR POST $14.95

EXPRESS POST $17.95

DELIVERY TIMES

It usually takes 3-10 business days for items to be delivered within Metropolitan locations. Country locations may take longer. We aim to send all orders within one business day of receipt, at which time you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

ITEM NOT AVAILABLE/OUT OF STOCK

If the item is not in stock, we will endeavor to contact you via email within 24 hours, as all are christening gowns & christening outfits are handmade by a seamstress, therefore on occasion there may be a delay of up 3 weeks on your order. In this instance, we will endeavor to contact you via email to advise you of the delivery time.

URGENT ORDERS

If your order is urgent, please email us prior to purchase to confirm if the item is in stock.

We ship to ALL locations within Australia. 

For international orders please contact us via email for delivery costs.

DELAYED ORDER / NOT RECEIVED

If your order hasn’t been received within the estimated time frame:

  1. Contact your local post office or mail center. Check if Australia Post are holding the item, as this can sometimes occur.

  2. Count the delivery time from the next business day from which you made your payment. I.e If you placed your order and made the payment on a Tuesday. The item will be dispatched on Wednesday.

  3. Check your shipping address is correct on the email confirmation received.

  4. If you cannot locate the item & have confirmed all the above, please email us with your order number & we will investigate on your behalf.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us.

That is why we support every gown offered with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Any product that is faulty in any way can be returned to Gorgeous Christening Gowns by Australia Post within 7 days of Receiving the gown. We will issue a refund or exchange on a faulty or damaged item once the item has been returned. Note. Return delivery charges are to be paid for by the customer, they are not paid by Gorgeous Christening Gowns

Please contact us via email at info@olivedrab-porpoise-560304.hostingersite.com, within 3 days of RECEIVING DELIVERY of the item, as we will need you to complete a RETURN form. Complete the form and return it with your product

Please note we do not accept gowns that have been worn or used. Unfortunately due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn items.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments are made with Paypal

Once you have completed your shopping & selected the view cart button, you will be given the option to make payment for the items. You will be redirected to PayPal and you can make your payment VISA, MASTERCARD or DIRECT BANK TRANSFER.

We do not accept personal cheques.
